Rebecca Cooper

Becky lives locally on her family farm in Clipsham, and has always had a passion for animals. Before working for Animates Becky spent time in South Africa where she was involved in wildlife conservation projects. After returning, she completed a degree in science and environmental conservation before working as a zoo keeper in Yorkshire.  She then decided she wanted to become a veterinary nurse, and started at Animates to begin her training in January 2016.  She qualified and became registered in 2019.

In her spare time Becky enjoys riding her horse Chester and looking after her farm animals, which includes Antonio the alpaca.
