Thanks to our highly trained team of nurses, Animates offers a wide range of nurse clinics at both Thurlby and Market Deeping practices.

Nurse clinics give clients the reassurance of knowing that, by taking a preventative approach to the care of their pet, they are likely to live a longer and healthier life.

Our nurses are able to perform a variety of procedures such as:

  • nail clips
  • expressing anal glands
  • tick removal
  • microchipping

They can also provide advice on a wide range of subjects such as:

  • senior pet care
  • preparing for fireworks
  • parasite control (e.g. fleas/worms)
  • dietary advice including safe weight loss.

They also administer:

  • 2nd vaccinations
  • carry out post-operative checks
  • change bandages
  • remove stitches
