New clients can use the Pet Portal to register and book your first appointment

The information you provide will create your account at Animates. Please provide your full details to ensure our records are created correctly with all your information.If you could also bring proof of address to your first appointment.

If you are bringing in more than one pet can you please book an appointment for each to ensure sufficient time is allowed to provide you with high quality service.

Existing clients

Existing clients can use the Pet Portal to book appointments and to see your pets upcoming appointments and reminders

To start using our online booking service you will need to use the same information that you are registered with in practice.
