Charli McAllen

Charli grew up in Bourne, and in 2017 graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in Criminology. After completing her degree, she spent 10 weeks volunteering in Malawi and found it a very eye-opening and rewarding experience. Catching the travelling bug, she then travelled around the East Coast of Australia where she got to see some weird and wonderful animals. Some of her highlights include visiting a kangaroo sanctuary and cuddling a koala!  

Charli joined our Support Team in November 2020, wanting a career change after working in hospitality for a few years. She is really enjoying working a role that is more office based, however still allows her to interact and help clients; whilst also learning something new every day.  

When not working, Charli is often baking, watching true crime documentaries and spending time with friends and family.
